Although I navigate the world of numbers, processes, and systems, I deeply believe in the power of community and conscious organizational development, as the true foundation of efficiency lies in strong human relationships. My professional journey is quite unconventional, but this diversity is exactly my greatest strength. My varied background encompasses both the tangible, millimeter-perfect precision of the carpentry trade and the invisible complexity of the IT sector and veterinary medicine. For years, I worked at Szallas Group, where I advanced from a Manual Software Tester to the Head of Release and Test Management. During those years, I truly learned that precise documentation is the essential prerequisite for reliable operations and long-term success, and I discovered how to make even the most complex systems transparent. This experience enables me to hold my ground in the most unexpected situations and to see connections that might escape others' attention. Today, I leverage this leadership and technological expertise as a co-owner of ElfVet. While I am not the one examining the pets that visit us, my responsibility is to ensure that the clinic radiates stability, professionalism, and modernity from behind the scenes. My role includes overseeing our economic operations, brand building, and general client communication. I consider continuous innovation a top priority: I am responsible for the development and maintenance of our website, as well as the introduction of cutting-edge technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence. AI data analysis, smart solutions integrated into our correspondence, and 'vibe coding' all serve the purpose of making our internal processes as seamless as possible. Outside of work, I strive to preserve the joy of creation in other areas of my life. In my free time, I love hopping on my bicycle, but I find just as much relaxation in baking, drawing, or returning to my roots and working with wood as a carpenter.
