I have more than 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing and in leading Testing and Release Management. I am currently working as the Head of Release and Test Management at Szallas.Group Zrt., where I am responsible for managing a team of more than 15 people, optimizing release processes, and supporting testing and development projects. I have participated in numerous development and integration projects, achieving significant efficiency improvements through automation and process improvements. Leveraging this experience, I became a co-owner of ElfVet Kft., where I put my passion for IT into practice within a business framework. My main responsibilities include designing, developing and continuously improving the company’s website and full IT infrastructure. I use my knowledge in IT and process management to build the company’s technological foundations in a modern, efficient, and sustainable way. Throughout my career, I have always emphasized innovation and collaboration, believing that efficient systems and well-functioning teams are the key to achieving outstanding results.
